About The Job

  • Alignment of account development plans with Customer across all Etika categories. Representative of company with Customers for all key account operational issues.
  • Responsible to identify business opportunities and assist Group Key Account Manager to establish the platform for major negotiation (Trading Terms and category development plans)
  • Responsible to provide sales forecast (assigned portfolio) upon alignment with Group Key Account Manager. Highlight business opportunities and challenges; and contribute ideas to achieve assigned budge and forecast accuracy.
  • Responsible for trade spend allocated to own portfolio, and maximize return on investment.
  • Achieve sales and qualitative KPI for BTL activation. Work closely with operation team and merchandising partner to improve trade visibility and merchandising standard as per Company guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Business studies is preferred.
  • Minimum 1  year of working experience key account executive position and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills , and good presentation skill.
  • Result orientated and KPI driven to achieve business objective set by the Company. Candidate with proven track record is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken in  English & BM. Candidate can command in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • Must possess valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel.
