Job Description
- Responsible in handling process parameter.
- To verify the production/maintenance checklist for example packaging checking integrity, product holding temperature, mixing temperature, CCP point, weekly maintenance checklist.
- Verify daily production report, production downtime, line efficiency and others.
- To create or amend the production/maintenance log sheets in order to fulfil the HACCP/HALAL/ISO requirement.
- Responsible in creating production/maintenance new SSOP and SOP procedures.
- Weekly meeting with production/maintenance team.
- Take parts in machine troubleshooting and work together with production/maintenance team.
- Update of monthly production output, downtime, line efficiency, rejection rate and others.
- Take parts in handling new product launch at company.
- Take parts in audit.
- Work together with engineering team for product, line, machine, plant performance improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience male graduate with a degree in Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge in FSSC 22K, ISO 22K, HACCP, GMP and production QMS.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve machine problem.
- A dynamic team leader with competency to lead, train, motivate and monitor production staff to practice standard operation methods to production QMS requirements.
