Job Description

• To assist on the planning of events and sponsorship initiatives.Support the execution of event plans including developing on-ground activities and PR activities & monitoring sponsorship activities, tracking & evaluation. This would involve negotiations with the agency/supplier etc and working out the post mortem of each initiative. 
• To work with agencies on event planning & execution.
• To initiate event and sponsorship activities that is aligned with brand objectives.
• Achieve Return On Investments (ROI) targets, specifically on delivery of sponsored products on time and on budget.
• Assist other duties that are job-related as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Degree preferably in Events Management/Marketing/Business but other fields are also encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years’ working experience in events & sponsorship area.
• Able to work under pressure and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive, able to prioritize work efficiently within agreed deadline.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must have passion in event management.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Must be able to travel and posses own transport.
