About The Job

  • To be hands on & responsible for the day to day running of the company’s social media channels and website.
  • To work closely with the Digital Agency and be the main liaison between the agency and Brand Teams & other stakeholders to maintain and update all content and to ensure accuracy.
  • To work closely with the Brand & PR Team to develop digital campaigns and digital plans for campaigns.
  • To monitor & trouble shoot all the media channels to ensure full operational capabilities.
  • To analyze reports from agency and to monitor user experience and improve it, when & where necessary, for all the company’s digital channels.
  • To monitor other companies’ social media channels and websites.
  • To identify current trends and /or develop creative content with the digital agency to engage with our customers.

Job Requirements

  • Recognized Degree preferably in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business but other fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • 3-4 years’ working experience in digital marketing or similar areas, but not essential.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detailed oriented, aggressive, self-motivated, able to multitask and has good time management.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and preferably any web development software.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Excellent written and oral command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
