Job Description

What we need
  • Be able to handle all types of user questions politely and patiently, with assertion when necessary.
  • Identify common trends within support channels to preempt issues and bugs
  • Ability to empathize with and educate customers about cryptocurrencies
  • Help with the curation of Ethereum & Etherscan specific FAQs
  • Monitor various social media outlets, such as the Ethereum subreddits, Twitter and other online channels to gauge both community pulse and answer Etherscan related questions

What we are looking for
  • Ethereum & Blockchain - You should have some knowledge (and passion) about cryptocurrencies for this position. If you don't right now, a few hours on youtube will give you the basics for a conversation with the team.
  • Posses a strong command in English (both written and spoken)
  • Likes to and good in writing, blogging and engaging in social media
  • Problem solver and great with people (customer-centric)
  • Self-motivated and being able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mass Communications/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of writing and speaking skills are required for the role.
