Job Description

• To assist manager and work closely with marketing team to plan and execute all consumer marketing campaigns specifically in customers loyalty programme. 
• Working with manager in implementing a comprehensive CRM programme including of customers profiling, customers data analysis, and develop a targeted marketing plan on customers segmentation programme.   
• Build a strong branding in shopping mall where AsterSpring is strategically presence.   
• Working with managers to coordinate the implementation and execution of marketing plans, including members only programs, promotional materials, and consumer events.
• Organizing and coordinating members’ events, workshops and consumer events. 
• Drive leads acquisition programme across various corporate initiatives and traditional marketing channels. 
• Partner and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategy.
• Compiling, evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparing marketing reports for internal parties on a timely basis. 
• Monitoring of competitor activities and brainstorming potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy.
• Manage and maximize the utilization of marketing budget set.   

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline.
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in marketing, advertising and promotions, thematic events within skin care, beauty or retail environment are preferable. 
• Experience in CRM or customers loyalty programme is an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude with pleasant personality.
• Discipline and organise, pay high attention to details.
• Able to work independently and have sense of urgency. 
• A good team player. 
• Able to communicate and interact well with suppliers and associates at all levels.
• Good negotiation skill with external party
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.
