Job Description

• Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment of executive level; 
• To be part of the team in reviewing our recruiting strategies, channel of recruitment and selection process in meeting the recruitment goals. 
• To design job advertisements in creative way to attract relevant candidates’ applications on strategic sites and web portals.
• To play the vital role in candidate database build up, management and maintenance.
• To manage the new employee on boarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders and induction program.
• To participate in the HR initiatives / projects for talent management.
• To support the administration of the employee training record and training effectiveness 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business studies / Marketing or relevant discipline; 
• Candidates with similar work capacity and come from service industry;
• Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
• Eye for detail and good follow through skills;
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) ;
• Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
• We are open to fresh graduates;
