Job Description

 We are looking for..

  • Results-driven and is able to actively seek out and engage customer prospects
  • Good understanding of video games and/or esports
  • Someone who can take direction but also provide feedback
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and is self-driven 
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Fluent in verbal English - additional language capabilities are a plus
  • Experience in prior Sales in Media & Advertising is a plus.

You will be responsible for..

  • Developing and maintaining strong account relationships, working effectively with partners to ‘know their business’ and provide ‘first point of contact’
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Utilize creative and traditional outreach to drive partnership revenue growth
  • Work with the internal sales team to develop wholly integrated marketing solutions, including preparation of sales materials presentations
  • Ensure the highest quality implementation of brand partnership programs
  • Manage sales pipeline and contract process with partners
  • Reach out & evangelize esports and ESL to major brands and agencies through cold calling and other avenues
  • Liaise with clients on a professional level to uphold ESL’s brand & standards, professionally representing ESL at all times.

Job Requirements

 Skills required..

  • Good relationship management skills & ability to communicate effectively to both external clients & internal stakeholders
  • Excellent in selling, negotiating, and managing existing client relationships while building a larger client base of your own
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations & sales pitches tailored to the audience needs & requirements
  • Expert in using presentation software (i.e. Google Slides) and is able to create decks used for sales pitches & proposals
  • Fluent in communication and work in an environment with English speaking colleagues
  • Work experience in prior Sales & Partnership roles, especially in Media & Advertising Sales is a major plus point
  • Understanding esports & gaming is important, but not mandatory for this role.
