Job Description
Provide full secretarial support to the Project Director which includes:
- Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the project team.
- Write and compile official letters and documentation when required.
- Perform data-entry, printing, and filing duties.
- Undertake ad-hoc admin duties from the project director when required.
Job Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take initiative, and well organized.
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Mature, with attention to detail and highly resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Able to be based in Pekan, Pahang
