Job Description

As part of our Talent team and reporting to the Malaysian Talent Leader, you will support the delivery of Malaysia’s Total Reward strategy and objectives through the research and analysis of market and remuneration trends, and the research, design and coordination of benefit and wellness initiatives. You will also be partnering with the Centre of Excellence, Total Reward and HR Business Partners teams, while ensuring Malaysia’s Total Reward competitive positioning through keeping abreast with market and business context.
 
About the opportunity
 
The Reward and Wellbeing Manager will be facilitating the delivery of Malaysia’s wellbeing strategy, manage the delivery of the wellbeing program through strong stakeholder management and project management. The role is also responsible for raising awareness and importance of wellbeing through creating opportunities for leaders and teams to participate in wellbeing activities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Able to handle the entire spectrum of benefits and insurance administration function 
  • Responsible for timely and accurate monthly processing of benefits and payments
  • Responsible for accurate calculation of insurance premiums
  • Responsible for timely reporting of employee enrolment and deletion for insurance coverage and medical cards
  • Responsible for preparing mass annual review letters
  • Able to handle enquiries on benefits related matters independently
  • Able to liaise with insurance vendor independently
  • Able to assist with payroll processing functions 

Job Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Have at least 5 years of hands-on benefits and insurance administration experience
  • Hands-on experience in processing payroll and payroll system knowledge
  • Possess good Excel skills
  • Possess good Work document and mail merge knowledge for mass letter preparation 
  • Possess good analytical skills and accuracy
  • Possess good reporting skills
  • Able to effectively converse and write in English
