Job Description

• Oversee and co-ordinate a wide range of corporate finance exercises from fund raising to M&A projects; liaising with local and international investment banks, rating agencies, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other advisors. 
• Assist in evaluating corporate proposals as well as investment opportunities, preparing evaluation reports for senior management; reviewing documents and applications to regulatory authorities. 
• Undertake financial modelling on existing business and potential new investments. 
• Manage and support existing businesses and provide periodic updates on business progress and fundraising exercises.
• Assist in any other related work .

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or equivalent; Preferably 2 years of experience in related field 
• Basic knowledge of Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements, Guidelines and Regulations administered by Securities Commission and other relevant corporate and securities legislation would be an added advantage 
• Good command of written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good computer/typing skills 
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel abroad and outstation
