Job Description

• To install, configure and monitor all Cisco Unified Communication Servers (CUCM, UCCX, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, Video Conference Equipment like Cisco TMS, VCS, Bridging solution (MCU) and Immersive Telepresence)
• Execute Level 2 and Level 3 support on Cisco UC environment.Maintain and Monitor the infrastructure to reach the expected service level
• To do a follow-up on the currently installed services (CUCM, CCX, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, Videoconference Equipment like Cisco TMS, VCS, Bridging solution (MCU) and Immersive Telepresence)
• Day to day expertise and support service through incident and service request management across Asia
• Should be able to manage and participate  sensitive projects such as Migration, Upgrade, and Integration with Lync/Skype
• The candidate will be part of a global team located in Japan, US,  and India.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Lync Enterprise Voice will be an added advantage.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in installing, configuring and managing Cisco CUCM, UCCX, Voice Gateways.Good knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Platform and integration with Lync/Skype for Business
• Engineer degree in Computer Science or E&TC or ITExcellent command language is mandatory to interact with other members across US, France, India and the users (Worldwide)Good Team Player and willing to work in a team.
