Job Description

• Deploy and upgrade ALM tools (Jenkins, IBM Rational Team Concert, uDeploy, SonarQube) along with vendor and engineering team.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide on-going support and manage customer expectation.
• Server monitoring of resource (memory, CPU and storage), Coordinating and tracking to closure of issues with WINTEL on VM and OS related issues.
• Ensuring Continuous web services is up and scheduled downtime is planned to minimize impact on SCM/Development BAU.
• Manage technical support and on-boarding effort using onshore and offshore model.
• Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the development community.
  
  

Job Requirements

• B.E/ BSc (Computer Science) with minimum 5+ years of experience as Tools specialist/DevOPS engineer.
• Strong understanding of ALM concepts and at least three years of hands on experience with ALM Tools stack (RTC/GIT, Jenkins/Team City, SonarQube, and Artifactory/Nexus, and HP-QC, selenium).
• Knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows (shell/batch scripting and server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup and recovery)
• Hands on Knowledge on Jenkins, uDeploy.
