Job Description

1. Deploy and upgrade ALM tools (Jenkins, IBM Rational Team Concert, uDeploy, SonarQube,JIRA and GitHub) along with vendor and engineering team. 
2. Troubleshoot issues, provide on-going support and manage customer expectation 
3. Server monitoring of resource (memory, CPU and storage), Coordinating and tracking to closure of issues with WINTEL on VM and OS related issues 
4. Ensuring Continuous web services is up and scheduled downtime is planned to minimize impact on SCM/Development BAU 
5. Manage technical support and on-boarding effort using onshore and offshore model. 
6. Understanding technology industry trends, how they impact our future solutions and provide strategic direction for the development community.

Job Requirements

• Must be a self-starter, effective listener, problem solver and team player. 
• Strong understanding of ALM concepts and at least three years of hands on experience with ALM Tools stack (RTC/GIT, Jenkins/Team City, SonarQube, and Artifactory/Nexus, and HP-QC, selenium). 
• Knowledge and experience with Linux and Windows (shell/batch scripting and server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup and recovery) 
• Hands on Knowledge on Jenkins, GitHUB, JIRA and uDeploy Administration and customization
