Job Description

• Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
• Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries
  
  

Job Requirements

• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry with technical experience will be an added advantage for this position.
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
