Job Description
- Preventive Maintenance
i. To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist half yearly.
ii. Provide logistical support ensuring acceptable quantity of spare units.
iii. To ensure all system documentation up-to-date.
- Corrective maintenanceÂ
iv. To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA.
v. Attend to fault cases referred by helpdesk.
vi. Provide update of system status to relevant parties.
vii. Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements.
- Ad-hoc works
i. Installation / Removal of equipments from boats.
ii. Implementation of additional hardware / software testing.
iii. Software patches update.
Job Requirements
1. No previous criminal records.
2. No bankruptcy.
3. Must be Singaporean or PR.
