Job Description
Solution Architect
• Enable customer to fulfill the stated project objectives
• Lead solution designing for the product s per customer need.
• Support execution of project from solution and technology perspective
• Prepare and Review estimations
• Support quality control activities
• Performance tuning of product/ application
• Able to propose & use industry best practices for solution design
• Solution presentation to client and senior stakeholders client organization
• Capability building of development team on solution & designing.
• Able to implement technical automation to improve code quality, release and build management activities
• Assist project manager in planning activities.
Mentor
• Mentor junior resources on the solution aspects and bring them up to speed
Job Requirements
- Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge (PAS/Billing/Claims/ Group Billing) in Preferably the Asia Pac market
- Experience in UML based analysis and design using tools
- Experience in setting up business rules and workflow engines
- Design & Development experience with object oriented programming - JAVA technology stack.
- Should have knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JMS, HTML 5 and Interface integration frameworks. etc.
- Experience in both high level as well as low level design and should have authored both High level as well as Low level design documents.
- Lead Requirements sessions to understand customer’s business processes
- Understand and use frameworks to design and review solutions for functional and non-functional requirements
- Guiding a team of software specialists / engineers for the creation / implementation of solution architecture for a product/application in the Life insurance Project
- Experience in any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts
- Proficiency in design frameworks
- Proficiency in automation tools
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like SCRUM, CI, Automation testing etc.
