Job Description

• Gather business requirements to facilitate the definition and documentation of business process to meet business needs
• Actively resolve day to day functional needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes dissecting problems and suggesting solution, including complex systems process analysis.
• Defines / develops or supports product solution through client interaction, market research and interpretation of regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines
• Develops proficiency in specific solution areas
• Track solution functionality and performance to ensure that it meets market needs through validation of the functional requirements, visual design , test plan and code delivery and code development
• Collaborate across solution groups on similar functionality to ensure common process and seamless integration
• Seeks opportunities to advance solution through innovation
• Perform other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science or equivalent in related field
• Overall Experience of 7 – 9 years
• Knowledge and experience working with EMR / HIS / EHR applications
• Driving technical requirements through the development process and approving solution for release
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English Language
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Presentation skills
