Job Description

• Good Understanding of ERP Products. With good domain knowledge of manufacturing, retail, distribution, warehouse management and supply chain management.
• Business development activities to build relationship with existing clientele and hunting for new accounts
• Effective Customer Relationship Management by mapping key decision makers & champions
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Coordination with delivery teams to meet customer expectations
• Presales and Sales closures
• Building and Maintaining relationship with Customers (Sr. Management)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong relationship building and problem solving skills, solid knowledge of service offerings and internal corporate structures, high level of financial acumen, and the ability to travel significantly as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• The right candidate will be a proven business development leader within the ERP industry with ability to create and leverage contacts within the APAC market – multiple countries.
• Experience in Communication within various levels of business leadership.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C- Suite Customers (Sr. Management).
• Effective Customer Relationship Management by mapping key decision makers.
• Ability to function well in a frequently changing environment.
• Good Understanding of ERP Business Products and Process. 
• Business-to-Business sales experience. 
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building relationships.
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, ability to manage own activity, and a strong desire to succeed.
• MBA preferred
• Additional certifications in ERP related courses will be an advantage
