Job Description

• Develop project plans including strategy definition, resource allocation, timelines, milestone and contingency planning
• Responsible for understanding key business functions and handle project implementations.
• Ensure project are executed within budget, within timelines and with quality.
• Ability to demonstrate  strong technical skills and knowledge of Insurance Products and Service. 
• Ready to take assignments with a high degree of complexity and broad scope.
• Understand the definition of product requirements and design documentation. 

Job Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Madarin and English: able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiences.
• Ability to understand customer's core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing.
• Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts.
• Ability to work in a team environment. 
• Project Management Experience and PMP certification is must.
• Bachelor of degree holder.
