• Responsible for the infrastructure technologies in the APAC Region
• Responsible for the operations and delivery of infrastructure services in APAC
• Focus on standardization and best practices adoption.
• Will manage It services that provides services to 1500 users.
• Will coordinate with local infrastructure team

Job Requirements

1. At least 10 year in IT
2. At least 3 years working on as Service Manager
3. Experience on complex infrastructure organizations with extended geographical presence.
4. Experience in Microsoft technologies
5. Experience in IT Security and Networking
6. Knowledge in international compliance & regulations
7. Service management skills – structured approach to configuration management, documentation and
8. testing
9. Forward thinking, research and self study attitude
10. Team builder, people motivator
11. Pragmatic & analytic problem solver
12. Project Management Skills

1. Research and self study attitude
2. Good written and oral communication skills
