Job Description
To be able to Handle Customer queries & with good customer Service skills and travel related services keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements
Work Environment - 24*7 (Shifts basis)
Language: Should be fluent in spoken English & Mandarin/ Cantonese
Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel industry
