Job Description

  • Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail 
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation 
  • Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complain

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skill in both Japanese & English 
  • Possess JLPT N1 & N2 is highly preferred 
  • Has experience in Japan (Study/Working) is an added advantage 
  • Experienced in dealing with Japanese customers is highly preferred
  • Independent & customer friendly
