Job Description

• To market the Company’s outsourcing services to clients
• To generate leads and open new accounts
• Key activities will include customer liaison, pre/post sales activities and marketing activities
• Build rapport with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
• Understand clients’ requirements and provide qualified candidates based on their requirements
• Perform fee and contract negotiation with qualified candidate
• Primary point of liaison for on-boarded consultants
• Prepare weekly marketing report and sales projection to Regional Lead
• To liaise and follow up closely with client to ensure prompt payment
• Coordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews and administer testing procedures
• To comply and liaise with agent for all visa and taxation related for the employees
• To handle the consultant’s payment and preparing the contract agreement

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Required language(s): Fluent in English.
• Strong Business relationships with major Telecoms and IT customers will be an advantage
• Aggressive, independent and have a good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Preferably someone with 2 -3 years of experience in sales, providing similar services in ICT sectors
