Job Description
- Responsible for Application Maintenance for APAC
- Coordination for SAP Kernel governance
- Coordination of the day-by-day maintenance activities and monitoring of AMS KPI’s
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years experience working as SAP AMS manager
- Experienced in single SAP client governance model
- Desirable technical Knowledge SAP ERP 4.6 and ECC 6.0
- Strong SAP technical background in multiple ERP Modules
- Knowledge of Trouble Ticketing System Tools, AMS process set up and monitoring
- Project/Program Management Skills
- General and specific Process Modeling capabilities
- Forward thinking and strategic planning
