Job Description

  • Perform Front desk reception duty.
  • Handle all incoming calls timely and professional manner.
  • Direct enquiries and attend to clients in a professional and warm manner.
  • Responsible for all incoming mails - internal and external.
  • Monitor the delivery and pickup of all courier deliveries including internal routing to appropriate individual.
  • Provide assistance scheduling video conferences and other meetings if required.
  • Responsible in travel arrangements.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.



Job Requirements

  • Good communication skill.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
