Role Specification :
- Managing and growing relationships at key accounts
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, with help from respective Engagement Manager and will work closely with delivery teams
- Based on the size of accounts the no of accounts may vary.
- Account managers will have to focus on multiple accounts in a particular country/ region.
- The account managers will carry sales targets to grow the business in areas of client is offering ( products and solutions)
- Account Managers will work closely with Pre-sales/ Product teams to win new opportunities
Job Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Person experience in Solutions/ customizable Product/ ERP Sales
- Preferred experience in FSI industry
Educational Qualification : BE+ MBA
Experience : 5-9 years
Job Location: Malaysia (May get posted at client site across the world during the period of assignment. The job may involve travel.)
