Job Description

• Managing and updating official social media and website
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles, monthly newsletter (B2C & B2B)
• Managing community outreach (speaking to community leaders, YouTuber collaborations)
• Managing digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Tailor promotional plans to fit each product release
• Data analysis (social media, surveys, ads)
• Organize official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide, including executing creative inputs and recommendations to enhance publicity and engagement
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage PR materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage / support other events

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
2. Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both written and oral.
4. Have working knowledge in games, anime, and popular or internet culture
5. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
7. Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
8. Knowledge of Japanese language would be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese
