Job Description

• Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts and payment
• Review, planning and implement collection strategy and instruct the necessary recovery action
• Reviewing and ensuring that debtors are accurately shown within the company's account
• Resolves payment disputes by gathering of facts internally and communication with customer to achieve resolution for final settlement of payment overdue
• Taking actions to reduce risk of bad debts exposure by quick collection
• Review collection reports to ascertain status for collections and outstanding balances
• Initiate legal action for bad debts. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or others related field
• Minimum 4 - 8 years' working experience in a senior position.
• Self-motivated, mature, independent, and strong analytical thinking
• Good team player and multitasking capabilities.
• Candidate with FMCG background is encouraged to apply
• Good English communiction skill, both verbal and written. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Experience in ERP system, proficient in MS Office, in particular MS Excel, MS Word
