Job Description
- Screening high-growth companies and assessing applicants for this 12-month program
- Preparing company profiles, assessing business models, innovation, growth potential & team ability
- Harnessing the resources within the local Endeavor network to deliver and track a development plan for selected entrepreneurs
- Establishing strong relationships with Endeavor Entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, corporates and other potential partners to assist our entrepreneurs
- Forming and running workshops and peer learning sessions to build the community and foster experience sharing
- Monitoring key success metrics to continuously improve the program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record
- Experience in startups, incubators, accelerators or other entrepreneur-support organisations is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Great interpersonal skills and team work ability
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and building entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Self-starter
- Ability to wear many hats
