Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in screening, planning and executing a 6-month program including, but not limited to- workshops, mentoring sessions, peer learning sessions, community-building events for high-growth companies
- Support in the design and development of the ScaleUp program over time by monitoring key success metrics to continuously improve the program
- Assisting in the preparation of company profiles, assessing business models, innovation, growth potential & team ability
- Establishing strong relationships with Endeavor Entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, corporates and other potential partners to assist our entrepreneurs
- Support all aspects of services given to entrepreneurs including advisory boards, commercial introductions and mentorship sessions with advisors and partners
- Support Endeavor’s global programs (talent, access to capital, networking events) at a local level to best support Endeavor Entrepreneurs
Job Requirements
- Highly passionate about entrepreneurship and building entrepreneurial ecosystems
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, work ethics, with great interpersonal skills and team workability
- Passionate and energetic about strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources and being able to balance multiple priorities
- Relevant experience in programme and/or event management an added advantage
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Strong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)
