Job Description
This multi-faceted role includes:
- Managing Endeavor Malaysia’s brand touchpoints (i.e. website, collateral, social media, newsletter, etc)
- Supporting & developing partnerships with external organisations that will extend the reach of our brand
- Building a close-knit community of entrepreneurs and mentors through increased engagement
- Position Endeavor Malaysia as a thought leader in scale-up entrepreneurship by developing and curating high-quality entrepreneurial content, delivered through both written and event-based formats
- Liaising and coordinating with Endeavor’s NYC headquarters as well as regional affiliates on all matters pertaining marketing & communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience (marketing, communications, branding, content, advocacy)
- Highly curious about entrepreneurial content – you want to understand what it takes to scale a successful business, and what it means to be a best-in-class entrepreneur
- Experience with design / community building / partnerships is a huge plus
- Experience working and managing external service providers (freelance writers and designers)
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Great interpersonal skills and team work ability
- Self-starter, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
