About The Job

  • Setup installation of Encore Med Queue Display Processor and conduct troubleshoot training to customers on-site.
  • Provide technical support to users by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, setting on hardware and training.
  • Acquire technical knowledge on product application.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved the technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in on the proper channels

Job Requirements

  • Graduated with Diploma in Information Technology or higher and/or relevant professional certificates.  
  • Basic electronic troubleshooting knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS would be an advantage
  • Able to speak/written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and good communication skills. 
  • Be responsible and work well in a team.
  • Posses own transport.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong vocation/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Complete any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
