Job Description
- Manage and expand relationships with existing hospitals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship through close communication with stakeholders in the hospitals which include, the IT, Clinic Assistants, Nurses, Customer Service and Marketing teams.
- Prepare all resources for new hospital projects and provide required reports and plan all projects according to time frame and in compliance with project policy documents.
- Monitor each hospital's performance metrics and ensure compliance with EncoreMed's operational standards.
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every hospital that goes live on the platform meets quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the EncoreMed business model and the online appointment and queue system.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 2 years’ experience within a client management/key account role preferable
- Experience with online business tools such as Google Apps, Trello, a plus, though not a requirement
- A proficient communicator with a consultative approach
- Able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
