Job Description

• Manage agents to present, promote and sell products from enche marketplace using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and agent relationships through variety of strategies.
• Expedite the resolution of agent problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction of both agents and enche.
• Analyze the market trends, and generate report to assist in producing effective marketing plan.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends of e-commerce marketplace.
• Optimize the affiliates marketing program by analyzing data and extracting key insight.
• Coordinate the launch of new affiliate marketing campaign, manage performance and optimization while developing and executing test plans for our marketplace.
• To assist in analyzing sales data and determine sales forecast of our marketplace

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen.
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Digital Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Search Engine Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent.
3. Developed in English and Malay languages.
4. Willing to travel outstation and establish business relationship with stakeholders
5. Willing to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
6. Possess good interpersonal skills
7. Possess own transport is an added advantage
8. Multitasking and must have an excellent attention towards detail
9. Hardworking, committed, able to work independently and result-oriented.
10. Flexible to work odd hours if required
