Job Description

• Research and construct a Standard Operating Procedure for B2B sales & marketing department in the context of e-commerce marketplace and prepare the documentation accordingly.
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with B2B buyers and recommending best solutions.
• Identify potential B2B buyer to be on board with our marketplace and pitch them accordingly.
• Research and develop ideas on suitable products to be listed at our marketplace.
• Forecast, plan and conduct relevant marketing strategies to generate income for the B2B marketplace category in our e-commerce platform
• Identifies new products by analyzing current marketplace trends and competitors for both national and regional.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information about global market trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales KPI as needed.
• To create impressions and generate traffic, lead and perform CRM for B2B consumers in our marketplace platforms
• To successfully organize and attend all relevant industry exhibition opportunities for both national and regional.
• Meet agreed set KPI targets and projections for sales pipeline.
• To assist in analyzing sales data and determine salesforecast for our marketplace.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen.
2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Digital Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Search Engine Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent.
3. Developed in English and Malay languages.
4. Willing to travel outstation and establish business relationship withstakeholders
5. Willing to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
6. Possess good interpersonal skills
7. Possess own transport is an added advantage
8. Multitasking and must have an excellent attention towards detail
9. Hardworking, committed, able to work independently and result-oriented.
10. Flexible to work odd hours if required
