• Monitor the market trend and consumer behaviour
• Analyse/ study the consumer behavioural data obtained from Business Analyst
• Monitor daily task completion of Promotion Executives
• Develop promotional ideas through online and offline medium to enhance sales as well as marketing
• Monitor and coordinate Promotion & CSR Executives on daily task adherence
• Supervise Promotion & CSR Executives to plan monthly and accessional promotion campaign
• Support promotion executive in preparing all types of required paperwork related to promotional plan
• Assist promotion executive to develop social media postings schedule
• Develop and manage broad range of communication functions including publication (produce speeches, press release, editorial, newsletter, copy writing (events, media, advertising and social media management).
• Follow up with any events organized by third party that enche can participate for branding purpose
• Evaluate and recommend the promotional ideas on brand establishment of company that is proposed by Promotion & CSR Executive
• Analyze and present the data of weekly social media promotion to head of department
• Report the performance of executed promotional campaign to Head of Department
• Support Promotion & CSR Executives in preparing all types of required paperwork related to promotional plan
• Conduct monthly basis promotion/branding campaign performance report to the Head of Department
• Execute the promotional event either for marketing or CSR
• Identify and Participate in potential promotional events that can help build the company's brand

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate/ Master’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing / Public Relation / Mass Communication / International Business / Computer Science / Creative Multimedia Media or equivalent.
• At least 5-years working experience in doing Brand Management/PR and advertising experience.
• Preferably from e-commerce industry.
• Need to be proactive and willing to go extra miles.
• Excellent decision-making, leadership and details-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Excellent fluency in English and Malay languages, multilingual is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and establish business relationship with stakeholders.
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.
• Multitasking and must have an excellent attention towards detail.
• Flexible to work odd hours if required.
