Job Description

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Obligate to the data’s confidentiality and its security policies.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess good fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for both written and spoken
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in E-commerce / retail industry or equivalent.
4. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Commerce/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Public Relation/ Mass Communication/ International Business/ Computer Science/ Creative Multimedia/ Media/ Customer Service/Office Management/ Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.

8. Possess good attention towards detail.
9. Flexible to work odd hours if required and able to work under pressure.
