Job Description

• Assist in the ideation, planning & execution of digital-based creative campaigns and design assets
• Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels
• Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
• Receive and incorporate feedback from from stakeholders throughout the review process
• Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client’s content strategy in a timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the creative request on a day-to-day basis
• Be an Inspiration and provide infinite motivation by loving what you do and caring about creating a people centered creative culture.
• Concept, develop and produce insightful communications across projects big and small,
• Use your integrated thinking and visual storytelling to map persuasive journeys,
• Seamlessly move from wider group brainstorms, to focussed sessions on the tools,
• Present ideas to clients and the wider agency team,

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in design and creative. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with clients and fellow team members
• A strong vision for new ideas + an ability to repurpose existing ideas
• Confidence in your ability to communicate with your team(s) and clients
• Application of marketing strategy to visual design
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture
