About The Job

This is not your typical sales job! You will work in a team-based, sales support role. You will be working closely with your team to generate revenue from new and existing clients, both local and international.

We don’t practice high pressure or volume-based sales. We develop relationships and build trust by sharing the knowledge and beliefs that make clients want what we’re selling. As such, the right person is interested in marketing and helping advise clients on the best path forward for their business. 

Your primary responsibility will be working collaboratively with the Account Management, Creative Content, and Digital Strategy teams to layout custom marketing strategy decks for our sales presentations. This is how we “teach to sell.” Through this process, you’ll learn how to design and present marketing strategies to clients while developing your individual selling skills.

Location: Binjai 8, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (WFH During Lockdown)

Compensation: Salary + Commissions
  • Benefits include: 20 days paid annual leaves, sick time off, 12 days paid menstrual leaves for female employees, health insurance benefits, in addition to ongoing training opportunities & WFM Internet allowance.

Job Requirements

If chosen, you will report to the Partner/Senior Consultant who will help and train you in the Emperikal sales process. When you’re ready, we offer the opportunity for advancement and the ability to build your own book of business. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Customize sales presentations for marketing strategies and digital development (i.e. Keynote/Powerpoint Presentations) 
  • Help your team identify new business opportunities, both with targeted and existing accounts (i.e. Sales Support)
  • Help identify client marketing goals and develop needs-based solutions with the sales team (i.e. Sales Strategy Support)
  • Present digital marketing strategy consultations to sales managers, sales teams and clients 
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive new revenue

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • This position available for Fresh Graduates to Executive with 2+ years of experience, either in digital marketing or selling digital marketing services.
  • A desire to learn about digital marketing and share what you learn with others
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard-working, ethical, relationship-builder with a positive attitude
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with presentation software like Keynote and a desire to make your presentations appeal visually
