Job Description

• Communicate with clients and study their requirements.
• Plan, schedule & manage projects or given tasks.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Write and maintain system documentation.
• Accomplish projects & given tasks within the timeframe.
• To perform skilled technical work such as program design, module charting, coding, testing and assists in analysing problem/supporting/maintaining at processing systems.
• Concentration of work will be more on website, server and backend logic programming.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
2. Required skills: C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
3. Hands-on experience in banking industry background or ERP knowledge is preferable.
4. Able to work independently with self-drive and motivation.
5. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
6. Organizational, time-management and decision-making skills 
7. Experience in web or PC solution is an added value.
