Job Description

1. Responsible for the digital communication strategy, content creation, engagement, creative and execution.
2. Plan and manage all social media account include content planning, creation, copy writing and drive positive engagement with followers.
3. Management and execution of all digital campaigns and project to ensure marketing objectives and deliverables are met within timelines and budget.
4. Reporting and analysis of Web and social media traffic data to provide relevant analytics and insight that drivers marketing objectives.
5. Identifying or innovation new digital marketing opportunities.
6. Drive sales through the marketplace.
7. Responsible for the overall expenses and managed the marketing/promotion budget.
8. Responsible in coming up with the right market analysis in terms of pricing, competitor analysis, sales performance and promotional ROI.
9. Be responsible of the online sales & marketing strategies and come up with the right campaigns to drive traffic conversion and increase the online market shares and growth.
10. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process and reporting the results to management.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree in Advertising & Marketing / PR / Digital Marketing etc.
2. Min. 2 years proven experience in a digital marketing and e-commerce management.
3. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and data-driven thinking.
4. Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
5. Familiar with relevant computer applications and social media platforms.

7. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop skills is an added advantage.
8. Focused creative thinking with marketing sense while multi-tasking on several assignment and tight overlapping deadlines.
