Job Description

Our platform advertises online courses and games for kids and the Telephone Sales Representative will call to the parents who have visited the site but didn't complete the purchase on our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming inquiries by making sales calls, live chat and e-mails to new leads;

2. Provide professional advice and recommendations on the best suitable program for the clients’ needs;

3. Update CRM reports and dashboards;

4. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets;

5. Handle objections and identify client needs.

Job Requirements

- Good communications skills
- Excellent command of English Language
- Work experience in sales or call centers
- Ability to quickly adapt to new work environment and changing call scripts.
- Creative to be able to suggest improvements in call scripts
- Added advantage: Experience with CRM Systems
- Added advantage: Mandarin and Malay language knowledge
