Basic Responsibilities
1. Do research on Universal Characteristic Method of Human Profiling (UCMHP)
-Study on UCMHP, write and restructure a report by including the essence of this human profiling

-Define and explain the meanings of Ba-Zi by preparing a report with your studied information

4. Study the 16 Personalities Test and DISC Assessment
-Do research for both personalities tools on human nature
-Define the questions asked in both of the tests and how they classified the people into such different categories
-Define the criteria of the questions asked, classify all the information, then find out the importance and the relationship of the questions asked
-Prepare a report regarding on both of these tools to collaborate with management

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Psychology Field
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
