About The Job

 Basic Responsibilities
  • Familiar with the process & operation of the system of company project
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing technical support to our client including setting up accounts for new users, solving password problems 
  • Investigating, diagnosing & solving system faults 
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from clients and users
  • Document all the technical issues, user bugs and resolve solutions
  • Report the unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams 

Job Requirements

  • Proactive communicator to address and ensure necessary tasks are completed 
  • Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices (Windows, Linux Operating System)
  • Ability to use suitable computer software & tools to provide users support
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend & simplify the complex information and easy-to-follow steps
  • Punctual, responsive and adaptable to take necessary actions when situation calls
  • Excellent in English Language for both verbal and written
