Basic Responsibilities
- Familiar with the process & operation of the system of company project
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing technical support to our client including setting up accounts for new users, solving password problems
- Investigating, diagnosing & solving system faults
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests from clients and users
- Document all the technical issues, user bugs and resolve solutions
- Report the unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

- Proactive communicator to address and ensure necessary tasks are completed
- Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices (Windows, Linux Operating System)
- Ability to use suitable computer software & tools to provide users support
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to comprehend & simplify the complex information and easy-to-follow steps
- Punctual, responsive and adaptable to take necessary actions when situation calls
- Excellent in English Language for both verbal and written
