Job Description
Basic Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain company social media presence
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure the quality of content
- Convert the written content into photo/video content
- To carry out the execution to broadcast our content through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Douyin (抖音)
- Able to plan independently and complete the video shooting, recording, scripting & editing
- To be the KOL / To create the next KOL / To engage the market KOL.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Conduct user engagement & feedback collection.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels .
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Excellent in written & spoken English language
- Excellent in written & spoken Chinese language (Douyin for China market)
- To be a fun and excellent communicator
- Familiar with Photo & Video shooting, editing and Script Writing
