Job Description
Basic Responsibilities
- Negotiate product requirements with customers.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
- Find creative solutions to the challenges of network design, mobile communications, data service requirements and internet and network signalling protocols.
- Test theoretical designs.
- Liaise with internal and external customers.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform your work.
- Arrange process meetings.
- Modify processes to ensure all aspects of the service run smoothly .
Job Requirements
Skill Requirement
- Have a general overview understanding of communication system such as 4G
- Have understanding in antenna radio system
- Able to understand the 7 OSI model & perform protocol test

- Proactive communicator to address and ensure necessary tasks are completed
- Punctual, honest, responsive and adaptable to take necessary actions when situation calls.
- Committed to complete agreed tasks or scope of work within planned timeline
