1) Understand the Client’s product and background thoroughly. 

2) Able to receive job briefs from Clients and follow-through to complete job task from start to end. 

3) Ensure accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times. 

4) Pro-active in job follow-up’s and resourceful enough to ensure productive and smooth workflow. 

5) Assist with the formulation, brainstorming and guidance on advertising tasks or creative strategies fir campaign proposals and presentations. 

6) Able to negotiate and problem solve with clients/third parties for on-going work/campaigns. 

7) Responsible and disciplined in meeting with the Agency’s SOP & Client’s requirements. 

8) Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales target to ensure accomplishment of the company’s target/

9) Formulate innovative ideas for marketing and sales strategies to meet aforementioned objectives. 

10) Provide Clients with quotations. 

1) Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
2) Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or bachelor’s degree/ Post - Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Advertising/Mass Communication or equivalent.
3) Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.
4) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5) Possess own transport (motorbike or car).
6) Good interpersonal skills and can build rapport over the phone.
7) Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
8) Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
9) Able to take initiative and to work independently and within a team.
10) Able to create a presentation deck with Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
11) Resourceful problem-solving skills; A quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity.
12) Positive attitude with good communication skills (written & verbal).
13) Experience in digital marketing/multimedia would be an added advantage.
14) Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
