Job Description
- Design UI mocks, site flows, wire-frames and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Doing A/B testing for User Experience to deliver the best user experience and engagements for site visitors.
- To optimize the front-end side of application to ensure the smoothness of the presentation layer.
- To ensure the technical standards for UI/UX and re-useable code for future expansion.
- To collaborate with the BA and team members to understand the requirements and measure timeline needed for design related tasks.
- Optimise existing user interface designs.
- Perpetually demonstrate expertise UI/UX design both in discussion and practice.
- Design and mange style guidelines between mobile and desktop.
Job Requirements
Qualification
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Design/IT/Comp science, professional certification or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional designing experience in UI/UX related field.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in HTML5, Wordpress and CSS3. Knowledge in Javascript and JS libraries is a big plus.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Ai and Ps as well as prototyping tool Adobe XD, Zeplin and Invision.
- Expertise and enthusiasm for creating UI components for desktop and mobile app.
- Experience with UX flow, lo-fi mocks, user-testing, creating personas and user research methodologies.
- Understands the web standards and able to build responsive site.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience.
- Has experience with server-side pre-processing CSS such as SASS to build customizable look and feel for end users is a plus.
- Able to optimize frontend codes and study user behaviour and their interaction with the interface.
