Electrofast is looking for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager with a focus in sales to determine and execute sales strategy to maximize revenue and create a sustainable company.

Job Description
- Sales & Marketing
- Prospect and generate sales through existing product range and lead long term plan in increasing product offerings either via manufacturing and/or trading in local and international based on distribution channel (OEM, Wholesale, Dealer)
- Develop a marketing plan for customers along with strategic marketing strategies (annual incentive, bonus, free gift, etc)
- Formulate annual marketing budget required to achieve sales target
- Generate new sales and expand customer portfolio to better manage sales risk
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies with channel sales to maximize revenue and meet sales goals
- Determine and execute overall business strategy with sales target on a quarterly basis and incentive scheme for customers
- Spearhead the creation and training of new sales team
- Set cross-teams frameworks and SOP to handle after-sales service
- Manage customer relationship with an extremely high tenacity to follow up & close sales
2. Business Development
- Drive new methods and frameworks into the organization including growth marketing, data practices and brand management
- Lead, propose and delegate purchasing team to source products in efforts to lead long term plan in increasing product offerings
- Drive sales and marketing team with a focus in products and customer service
- Perform cost-benefit analysis on existing product range to assess competitiveness and on how the company should position itself
- Develop and spearhead alternative business strategies in a challenging market environment
- Analyse macro and micro market trend for each product in local and international market to deduce strategy
- Must have strong product knowledge in home appliances to know what products can sell in its selected sales channel
3. Group Management
- Identify and create incentive scheme for internal key staff
- Lead, train and delegate necessary tasks to succeed in closing sales
